Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy describes conduct that is not permitted when using OpenFoxy services, including the Windows application, remote-access features, web/mobile interfaces, accounts, and infrastructure.
1. Illegal or Harmful Activity
Do not use OpenFoxy to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, facilitate fraud, distribute malware, attack or compromise systems, exploit people, or engage in conduct that creates a substantial risk of harm.
2. Service and Security Abuse
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to OpenFoxy systems or other users’ devices or accounts, interfere with service availability, evade security controls, falsify device or integrity signals, abuse automated interfaces, or intentionally overload infrastructure.
3. Advertising and Measurement Integrity
Do not disable, bypass, manipulate, spoof, automate, or falsify OpenFoxy advertising delivery, sponsored-content rendering, viewability measurement, click/call measurement, contextual-integrity checks, or related systems in order to obtain free service without the advertising-supported experience or to distort advertising metrics.
4. Software and Component Integrity
Do not replace trusted OpenFoxy components with modified components, forge signatures or hashes, impersonate an authorized OpenFoxy device, or circumvent update or enrollment controls, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
5. Enforcement
OpenFoxy may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, revoke devices, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, advertisers, or third parties.
